Narrative Influence Index – EULA

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Version 1.0 – Effective immediately

By creating an account, accessing, or using Narrative Influence Index (“NII”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. License Grant

By creating an account, accessing, or using Narrative Influence Index ("NII"), you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial analysis of digital articles. This is a license, not a sale.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, probe, or attempt to discover any source code, prompts, scoring logic, or heuristics used by NII.
• Reproduce, clone, emulate, or create derivative systems that replicate or approximate the Narrative Influence Index scoring framework.
• Use automated systems, bots, crawlers, or scripts to interact with or harvest data from NII or its browser extensions.
• Use NII output as training data or structure for any model, dataset, product, or service without explicit written permission.
• Sell, sublicense, or redistribute any reports, scores, or analysis produced by NII as a commercial service.
• Share account access, tokens, or extension functionality with any third party or attempt to bypass any paywall, quota, or licensing control.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in NII, including but not limited to scoring methods, category structures, weighting systems, prompts, narrative-evolution logic, databases, and UI, are the exclusive property of the developer and protected by copyright, trade secret, and patent law. Portions of this system are patent-pending. You receive only a limited license; no ownership is transferred.

4. Confidential & Proprietary Use

You agree not to disclose or publish internal logic, behaviors, outputs, or screenshots for the purpose of competitive analysis, replication, or system reconstruction.

5. Termination

Any violation of this Agreement immediately terminates your license. NII may revoke access at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimer

NII provides heuristic analysis of influence patterns. It does not determine truth or falsity of content, and should not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, or editorial decisions.

7. Acceptance
